Why aren't client metrics syncing with Klaviyo?

  • The credentials configured in onboarding are invalid. Although it is very difficult for this to happen since the corresponding validations exist, it is a possibility that you should keep in mind, if it happens, verify that the correct credentials have been used in the onboarding and that all the steps have been carried out correctly.

  • The app is uninstalled/inactive. In your Tiendanube administrative panel, go to the section My applications and verify that the app is installed. If it is installed and the problem persists, you can try uninstalling and installing again.

How to uninstall the Klaviyo integration with your Tiendanube?

If you will no longer be tracking your customers from Klaviyo, you can go to the My Apps section of your store manager and uninstall the app.
